Holani Work OS (work.holani.co.in and support.holani.co.in) is run by Holani & Co for our team and the clients we build software for. Only people we have invited can sign in.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and, for our team, a WhatsApp number.
• If you choose “Continue with Google”: your Google account’s name and email address. We use them only to check who you are; we do not get your Google password or any other Google data.
• What you write or upload in the portal: tasks, tickets, comments, agendas and attachments.
• For our team: WhatsApp messages and voice notes you send to the Holani assistant about your work. Voice notes are turned into text by a speech-to-text service.
• Sign-in records (time, browser and IP address) to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

To run the portal: show you your projects and tickets, assign and track work, and send work-related WhatsApp messages to our team. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

On our own server (DigitalOcean, Bangalore) with encrypted off-site backups. Text from voice notes and messages may be processed by the AI and speech-to-text providers we use to read them.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to remove your access, at any time by writing to vaibhav@holani.co.in.
